In Defense of the Christian Faith

Answers in Genesis is hosting the World Religions Conference next week, July 24-27, in Florence, Kentucky. The fourth of July is here again, and while we get an extended weekend and enjoy family time, it can be easy to forget just WHY we celebrate this day every year. Hey friends, Just a quick update to let you all know that I made a few changes to my blog. Firstly, you can now find my photography on the "Blogs I Follow" page; I have begun posting my pictures on my Tumblr page and you can find the link there. Additionally, I have just launched a "Database of Quotes" page featuring quotes on evolution, atheism, and Christianity that I hope will help to encourage you in your faith. I think too often, people (myself included) are too afraid to open the door and step out into the world of the unknown, because we are afraid of what might lie behind it; we are afraid of what we don't know. But the truth is, we can beat the fear; we have the power, the love, and the sound mind that only comes from God! We are overcomers! Now, for the quote... I hope it will inspire you as it did me. I was looking for a particular quote today and I found these (all credit goes to Brian )... I think they are not only interesting, but they also provide us with some food for thought... Actually, it's surprising how little argument they [atheists] offer. I hear all the time that atheism wins by default – in other words, if there aren't any good arguments for God, then atheism automatically wins. So many of these fellows don't offer any arguments for atheism; instead, they just try to shoot down the arguments for theism and say they win by default.
